Hibooth aims to strengthen relationships among people through local events and within the communities they favor . . . anytime, anywhere, one event at a time.

Why the name Hibooth?

The name did not come easily. We wanted something meaningful or at least a name that sounded cool. “Booth” has a promotional implication, so we were certainly going to use this word, but after many days of frustration in trying to decide on what goes with “Booth,” Ting suddenly thought of “hi,” which makes perfect sense, since this is what we often say when we visit a booth. What could be more natural! Such a success story tells us to "never give up" in pursuing our goals and dreams!

So what’s the story about Hibooth?

Something is not working...

From 2005 to 2007, Ting was a financial representative for a reputable company. She had to recruit new personnel and build a client base at the same time, but eventually she grew tired of traditional recruiting methods and marketing workshops, as they took too much time and were unproductive. She felt there must be a better way—and with no background in technology and in spite of facing many challenges, Ting persevered and Hibooth was born!

Living life to the fullest and believing that all things are possible are Ting’s daily mantra. She believes everybody is here for a reason—to enhance each other’s life experiences and improve the quality of life for everyone. She created Hibooth with that one purpose in mind.
